Role Overview

We are seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to join our team in Terrace, BC. In this role, you will inspire and lead others to provide exceptional customer service experiences. The position demands thriving in a fast-moving setting while leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back room activities, and merchandise processing.
• Uphold high standards in store operations and customer service by communicating updates clearly and keeping the team aligned.
• Organize, prioritize, and oversee tasks, promoting teamwork and educating associates on service policies and procedures.
• Train and support associates on product presentation and customer service, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Develop attractive merchandise displays aligned with the store’s brand and value strategy.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in retail or service roles with a solid understanding of customer expectations and operational workflows.
• Exhibit a cooperative approach that enhances teamwork and positive interactions within the store.
• Manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt well to changing priorities.
• Demonstrate strong communication and time management skills to share information clearly and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Position based at:

Hourly wage range: $20.25 to $25.31. The final pay may vary based on skills, relevant experience, and local labor market conditions.
