Role Overview

We invite motivated individuals to join us as a Retail Store Coordinator, where your leadership and enthusiasm will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service in a lively and fast-moving retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational effectiveness across visual merchandising, customer interactions, back room organization, and merchandise processing.
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations through regular communication and aligning the team’s efforts.
• Organize, prioritize, and manage daily tasks while promoting teamwork and mentoring Associates on service standards and operational procedures.
• Conduct training and development of Associates focused on merchandise display and customer care to cultivate continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Support the store’s market positioning through the creation of attractive merchandise presentations in prominent store locations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years of retail or service experience demonstrating understanding of customer expectations and store operations.
• Exhibit strong teamwork skills and a cooperative approach to foster positive workplace relationships.
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic environment, adapting readily to shifting priorities.
• Effective communication combined with solid time management skills to clearly disseminate information and prioritize tasks.

Location and Compensation

This position is based at 700 St. Peter Avenue, Marshalls Store 0787, Bathurst, New Brunswick, Canada.

Hourly wage is expected between $17.90 and $22.38, dependent on candidate experience, skills, and regional labor market conditions.
