Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by prioritizing and surpassing customer expectations.
- Assist the Store Manager leveraging your retail expertise in everyday operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and effective work atmosphere.
- Maintain meticulous safety standards and accuracy in tasks performed.
- Be adaptable with scheduling, including working weekends and overnight shifts when required.
- Support store upkeep through proficient merchandising, stock oversight, and inventory management.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and conduct precise cash reconciliations at shift completion.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Competent in operating POS systems and managing cash with accuracy.
- Strong communication abilities coupled with effective teamwork skills.
- Willingness and availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including overnight and weekend shifts.
