Role Summary

As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role, engaging hands-on and setting the standard for the team. Whether interacting face-to-face with customers or maintaining high standards behind the scenes, your main focus will always be customer satisfaction. Opening Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 9am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team by example and host customers within the store, understanding their needs and guiding them to suitable products.
• Ensure store operations are seamless, including handling cash reconciliations, resolving customer issues, maintaining audit compliance, and managing stock.
• Contribute as part of a team that takes pride in the store environment while fostering a fun and collaborative atmosphere.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience as a supervisor or duty manager, comfortable overseeing small teams in dynamic, fast-paced retail settings.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service that drives sales.
• Curious and proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Strong passion for the company’s values and business objectives.
• Personal traits including friendliness, flexibility, reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
