Role Description

As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading by example, whether engaging directly with customers on the sales floor or ensuring warehouse standards remain high. Store Operating Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am - 8pm
• Saturday: 7am - 6pm
• Sunday: 9am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the store team by setting high standards, serving as a role model of excellent performance.
• Provide strong customer support by understanding their needs, guiding product selection, and facilitating a seamless shopping experience.
• Manage store operations, including cash reconciliations, resolving customer inquiries, ensuring audit compliance, and stock management.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment, contributing to a sense of pride and enjoyment amongst colleagues.

Required Experience & Qualities

• Proven background as a supervisor or duty manager responsible for a small team in a fast-moving retail setting.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to convert service into sales effectively.
• Curious and committed to continuous improvement.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the business and its mission.
• Personable, adaptable, dependable, honest, and diligent work ethic.
