Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to assist management in daily store operations. This position involves leading and inspiring the store team to ensure excellent customer care, smooth operational flow, and maintaining high standards throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing the store, ensuring all daily operational tasks are completed.
• Provide leadership and motivate the retail team to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
• Oversee store presentation including maintaining attractive displays and cleanliness.
• Support stock management activities such as replenishment and merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Coach, train, and support team members to boost performance and meet store objectives.
• Track sales and key performance indicators, and suggest improvements to enhance sales results.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as company policies and procedures.

• Prior experience in a retail supervisory or similar team leadership position.
