Role Summary

The Fitting Room Assistant is responsible for ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for patrons trying on apparel. Duties include keeping the fitting room organized and clean, assisting customers patiently, and supporting security protocols.

Key Duties

• Provide a warm welcome to customers and assist them within the fitting room space.
• Arrange and manage clothing items, ensuring they are correctly returned or placed.
• Keep the fitting room space tidy and hygienic at all times.
• Monitor the quantity of garments customers bring into fitting rooms and enforce security guidelines.
• Offer help regarding sizing and advise on product options.
• Assist the broader retail team by restocking merchandise and organizing during slower times.

Candidate Profile

• Personable and friendly demeanor with excellent capability in customer interaction.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Works well within a team and takes initiative proactively.
• Experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not required as training will be provided.
