Retail Supervisor

About the Role

The Retail Supervisor for Food & Beverage (F&B) supports the store's management team by overseeing daily business functions to ensure exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, engaging directly with customers, and supervising all store employees. This role includes executing management directives to uphold operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage stock levels through monitoring end-of-month inventory, managing procurement orders, and driving promotional initiatives to enhance sales and reduce losses.
• Lead visual merchandising efforts aligned with brand standards while ensuring workforce scheduling meets operational needs.
• Enforce service quality and operational procedures, including adherence to product expiry protocols and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer interactions by welcoming and assisting customers, particularly during busy periods, promptly addressing their needs in line with company service standards.
• Maintain rigorous hygiene policies, guaranteeing ongoing compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Oversee restaurant operational tasks, including opening and closing duties, facility maintenance checks, and shift management.
• Manage online retail platforms by supervising e-commerce stock levels, tracking daily performance against KPIs, and maintaining service agreements.
• Lead recruitment, training, and motivation of staff to build a competent and engaged team capable of maximizing performance and company contribution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Five to seven years of experience in F&B operations or similar fields.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
