Retail Strategy Senior Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Retail Strategy Senior Lead based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to spearhead retail banking strategy, transformation efforts, business performance monitoring, and governance activities. This pivotal position will involve close collaboration with senior leaders to drive high-impact strategic initiatives and provide actionable management insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement retail banking strategies and transformation programs.
• Lead strategic initiatives, manage project coordination, and oversee PMO functions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track business milestones, risks, and issues, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Create management information reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Analyze business performance, financial outcomes, and principal drivers affecting revenue and growth.
• Assist in business planning, enhancing performance, and optimizing costs.
• Coordinate activities related to sales performance and incentive management frameworks.
• Identify and propose improvements for processes, automation, and operational efficiencies.
• Support change management efforts by evaluating business, process, and system impacts.
• Facilitate meetings with senior stakeholders and organize management committees.
• Provide leadership and guidance within the Retail Strategy and Transformation team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
• Over 12 years of meaningful experience in banking, ideally within retail banking sectors.
• Expertise in strategy development, transformation projects, PMO, business and performance management.
• At least 3 years in leadership or managerial roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail banking products, services, and operational procedures.
• Proficient in KPI and management information reporting, dashboard creation, and performance analysis.
• Strong grasp of project governance, program delivery, and performance tracking.
• Advanced skills in business analytics, financial review, and data interpretation.
• Effective senior stakeholder engagement and executive reporting capabilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and critical thinking skills necessary for problem-solving and decision-making.
• Experience in process optimization, change management, and sales incentive management is considered a plus.
