Our Retail team manages the world's largest collection of Guinness merchandise, delivering exceptional visitor experiences through superb product knowledge, visual merchandising, and excellent customer service within this unique flagship retail space.

Role Overview

As a Retail Storehouse Assistant, you will be essential in crafting unforgettable visitor experiences by acting as an enthusiastic ambassador for Guinness. You will support a dynamic retail operation serving a diverse global clientele, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient store functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to create memorable moments for Storehouse guests throughout their visit.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and passionate representative of the Guinness brand and products.
• Accurately process sales transactions while adhering to cash-handling and company procedures.
• Support operational excellence in guest-facing areas amid a high-traffic visitor environment.
• Replenish merchandise, uphold visual presentation standards, and conduct regular stock control activities to ensure accurate inventory.
• Foster a positive, collaborative teamwork environment focusing on delivering a world-class visitor experience.
• Engage in training and development opportunities to grow retail expertise and support personal career advancement within the Storehouse.

Additional Information

• The position is full-time and permanent.
• The salary is €31,824.02 annually with an additional monthly flex allowance of €169.58.
