Overview
Shuffling Suitcases is seeking an experienced Retail Store Stylist to join their team in Kolkata. This full-time position is designed for candidates with over two years of experience in managing high-value customer sales, particularly in luxury fashion. The role involves driving sales, managing customer relationships, and coordinating custom fit orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction at the retail outlet.
- Handle all aspects of custom fit orders efficiently.
- Maintain and nurture top-tier customer relationships.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase store sales and meet monthly targets.
- Coordinate and integrate online (via Whatsapp, website) and offline sales platforms.
- Represent the brand at various pop-up events, including travel to other cities with merchandise.
Candidate Profile
- Female candidates only.
- At least 2 years of experience in high-value customer sales within retail.
- Preference given to those passionate about luxury fashion.
Compensation
Salary ranges from 25,000 to 40,000 INR per month.
