About the Role
GIVA is seeking a proactive and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee operations at their jewellery store located in Kengeri, Bengaluru. This role requires a leader who can efficiently manage store functions while driving sales and ensuring an excellent customer experience in a premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store activities to guarantee smooth and effective operations.
- Enhance sales performance, increase revenues, and accomplish store objectives.
- Lead and inspire the store team to provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Track store metrics including performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Uphold compliance with company guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in managing retail stores, ideally within jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or upscale retail sectors.
- Strong capabilities in sales, team leadership, and customer relations.
- Exceptional communication and leadership qualities.
- Ability to independently manage operations while achieving business goals.
Additional Information
Location: Kengeri, Bengaluru
Joining: Immediate availability preferred; candidates must be able to join within 2 days.
Salary: Monthly compensation in the range of INR 45,000 to INR 48,000.
