Retail Store Manager

Job Overview

NowXprt is seeking a skilled Retail Store Manager to lead one of India's top eyewear brand outlets based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent customer service aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass sales, conversion, and overall business targets for the store.
• Lead and inspire the store team, fostering development and motivation.
• Deliver superior customer service ensuring high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
• Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory control and cash handling.
• Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP), compliance requirements, and operational excellence.
• Oversee staff scheduling, shift management, and evaluate store performance metrics.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum two years experience as a Store Manager.
• Degree holders require at least 4 years overall professional experience; undergraduate candidates need at least 6 years.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills.
• Capable of excellent team management and effective execution of plans.

Working Hours and Location

Shift timings are from 10 AM to 10 PM with any 9-hour shift within this window. The store operates six days a week with rotational off days. The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
