About The Role

Join Smiggle as a Store Manager at our Erina location where you will lead the team and cultivate a lively, colorful store atmosphere that appeals to kids, parents, and all visitors. This full-time position requires work from Tuesday through Saturday, including occasional public holidays, with no late-night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your team to consistently meet sales targets and key performance indicators while maintaining a fun and customer-focused environment.
• Coach and motivate your team daily, ensuring they deliver excellent service and embrace Smiggle's vibrant culture.
• Manage store appearance by implementing visual merchandising strategies and launching engaging promotions.
• Oversee inventory management diligently to maximize sales and reduce losses given the variety of small products.
• Foster a safe, welcoming store environment where customers and staff feel comfortable and valued.
• Organize team schedules effectively to provide support during peak hours and maintain smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a retail leadership role with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and memorable experiences.
• Proven success in meeting sales goals and managing stock and wage budgets efficiently.
• Experience or skills in visual merchandising are an advantage.
