This full-time position requires a commitment of 38 hours weekly, with work scheduled from Tuesday through Saturday, including late-night trade hours and public holidays.

Typical Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs while fostering a fun, colourful, and customer-centered shopping experience.
• Equip your team with the knowledge and enthusiasm needed to effectively engage with customers and perform at their best.
• Maintain the store’s appealing appearance by implementing visual merchandising plans and managing promotional rollouts.
• Efficiently oversee inventory control to reduce loss and maximize sales opportunities through expert stock management.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for both customers and your team, embodying the Smiggle spirit.
• Develop and manage rosters that ensure optimal staffing during peak trading hours and consistent store operations.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in coaching teams, marked by a proactive and optimistic approach.
• Proven background in retail management with an emphasis on leadership roles.
• A strong commitment to exceptional customer service and creating memorable retail experiences.
• Results-oriented with a successful history of meeting sales objectives and managing stock alongside wage budgets.
• Experience in visual merchandising is highly advantageous.
