About the Role

EG On The Move is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our petrol forecourt operations in London, SE5 0EG. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of 33,808 along with a performance-related bonus scheme. As the manager, you will take charge of both day-to-day store efficiency and create a welcoming, team-focused atmosphere that embodies our unique brand culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to ensure they feel valued and included.
• Manage merchandising aspects including stock levels, presentation and pricing standards.
• Supervise inventory control, perform weekly stock takes, and generate reports.
• Keep the forecourt well-maintained and swiftly handle any maintenance concerns.
• Improve operational efficiency by reducing waste and enhancing processes.
• Track fuel volumes, stock, and deliveries to maintain targeted fuel inventory.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Manage cash discrepancies and reduce wastage by applying corrective actions.
• Represent the company positively in the community, promoting excellent customer service and fostering customer loyalty.
