Role Overview

EG On The Move is seeking a Store Manager for their Starbucks location in Kirkham, PR4 3HE. This full-time, permanent position involves leading store operations with a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding customer experiences and operational excellence. The Store Manager will take ownership of the store as if it were their own, driving both customer satisfaction and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume full accountability for store performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational consistency, compliance, and profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of engagement, responsibility, and ongoing improvement.
• Manage commercial results by driving sales growth, optimizing profitability, and controlling costs including labor, inventory, and waste.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, staff training, and succession planning to cultivate a capable and future-ready team.
• Maintain rigorous standards for food safety, health and safety, store compliance, and cleanliness.
• Utilize performance metrics and commercial insights to identify areas for improvement and enhance store operational and financial outcomes.
• Ensure brand compliance, excellent product availability, and foster positive stakeholder and community relations.
