Responsibilities

In this position, reporting to the Area Manager, you will fully manage store operations, lead a team of 6 to 8 staff members, and be accountable for sales, customer service, and visual merchandising standards.

• Lead the store with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Coach and support the team to realize their highest potential.
• Meet and exceed sales and key performance indicators on weekly, monthly, and annual bases.
• Manage employee scheduling, wage budgets, and store expenses to align with financial goals.
• Maintain stock health by managing shipments, transfers, and seasonal inventories.
• Uphold loss prevention strategies and minimize shrinkage.
• Assist in recruitment efforts alongside the Area Manager.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and financial record keeping.
• Exemplify the brand by wearing the products proudly and promoting them.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience as a Store Manager or leadership role in retail.
• Strong leadership skills coupled with a sincere passion for developing team members.
• Excellent in communication, decision-making, and solving operational challenges.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing overall store performance.
• Highly motivated, with strong initiative and personal responsibility.
