Job Overview

We seek an enthusiastic and energetic Retail Store Manager for our Hobart showroom. The successful candidate will lead, motivate, and coach a sales team, driving individual and collective sales achievements while maintaining a positive workplace and operational excellence.

Key Duties

• Lead and nurture the sales team, promoting a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
• Enhance sales results through expert customer service and comprehensive product knowledge.
• Manage customer complaints efficiently and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to create and execute strategies that boost sales and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold showroom standards, including visual merchandising and safety requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in furniture or other high-value products such as jewellery, automobiles, bedding, luxury goods, or travel services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a positive disposition and an eagerness to learn and grow.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
• A dedication to coaching and growing team members to achieve success.
