Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager for the Doncaster Concept Store to inspire and lead a driven team, cultivate a high-performance culture, and deliver an exceptional customer experience marked by expert salesmanship and product knowledge. This role involves promoting team engagement, operational excellence, and meeting sales and business KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment that ensures memorable and seamless interactions.
• Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration to empower and engage the team.
• Collaborate with State Leadership to develop a productive and profitable store operation.
• Motivate staff to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Oversee operational functions such as roster management and back-of-house administrative duties.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum two years of experience managing a busy, high-volume fashion retail store.
• Proven leadership capability managing medium to large teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership skills with aptitude for motivating and mentoring teams towards success.
• Commercial acumen demonstrated through exceeding sales, wage, and shrinkage KPIs within budget constraints.
• Attention to detail and passion for styling and visual merchandising.
• Experience handling large stock quantities and stock control.
• Alignment with Seed Heritage’s values and genuine passion for the brand.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain customer relationships through excellent service delivery.
