Role Overview
As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the store, ensuring everything runs efficiently to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store activities to guarantee smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Oversee store appearance, manage inventory levels, and ensure standards for stock management are upheld.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and escalations with professionalism.
- Work closely with senior management to report sales results and assist with strategic planning.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on product details, service quality, and company policies.
- Ensure full adherence to all company protocols and procedures.
