Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to ensure operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back-room logistics, and merchandise processing.
• Uphold high standards for customer experience and store operations through clear communications and aligning the team's objectives.
• Organize, prioritize, and manage daily store activities while fostering collaboration and training associates on customer service protocols and policies.
• Develop associates’ skills in merchandise display and customer interaction to nurture a cooperative and continuously improving team environment.
• Create captivating merchandise presentations enhancing the store's brand and value proposition in strategic store locations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant retail or service industry experience demonstrating solid understanding of customer needs and store operational workflows.
• Exhibit team-oriented mindset promoting effective collaboration and supportive relationships.
• Capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks efficiently in a fast-moving setting while remaining adaptable to changing circumstances.
• Strong skills in communication and time management to ensure transparent information sharing and effective task prioritization.
