Role Overview
We are seeking a Retail Store Coordinator based in Ottawa to inspire and lead the team, enhancing customer experiences through operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and uphold high standards in visual merchandising, customer service, and merchandise processing.
- Ensure smooth store operations with timely communication, team alignment, and task prioritization.
- Provide training and support to associates in service policies, merchandise presentation, and customer care.
- Create attractive product displays that reinforce the store’s brand and value proposition.
Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience with solid understanding of customer needs and store operations.
- Collaborative personality focused on teamwork and building positive relations.
- Strong multitasking capability to handle varied responsibilities efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and time management skills for clear information sharing and prioritization.
