Role Overview

We seek a Retail Store Coordinator for our Winners location in Lloydminster, Alberta. This role requires a proactive leader passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will inspire and manage the team to uphold operational excellence and strong service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational efficiency across visual merchandising, customer service, back room, and merchandise processing activities.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and store operations through effective communication and team alignment.
• Plan and prioritize daily tasks, fostering collaboration and providing training to Associates on service policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and delivering excellent customer service.
• Create appealing merchandise displays aligned with the store’s brand and value proposition.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1-2 years of retail or service experience, demonstrating an understanding of customer needs and operational workflow.
• Exhibit strong teamwork abilities and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment and adapting to new challenges.
• Display solid communication and time management skills to share information clearly and prioritize effectively.
