Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to lead and motivate our team in providing excellent customer service. This role requires dynamic leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple operational aspects within a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence through oversight of visual merchandising, customer service, back-room, and merchandise processing tasks.
• Uphold superior customer service and store standards by delivering consistent updates and securing alignment among team members.
• Organize, prioritize, and supervise daily tasks, fostering teamwork and training staff on service policies and procedures.
• Educate associates on merchandise presentation and customer relations, nurturing a culture of continuous enhancement and cooperation.
• Create visually appealing merchandise displays in key store locations to strengthen the brand and promote value.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail or service industry experience, with a solid understanding of customer needs and operational workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and build positive workplace relationships.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment and adapting to change.
• Strong verbal communication and time management skills to enable clear information exchange and task prioritization.
