Role Summary

We are seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to join our welcoming retail team at the Winners location on The Parkway, Peterborough, Ontario. This position involves leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive excellence in store operations including visual merchandising, customer service quality, back-of-house processes, and merchandise handling.
• Maintain superior service standards and efficient store functioning by communicating clearly and ensuring team members are aligned with goals.
• Organize, prioritize, and oversee tasks while fostering teamwork and providing training on service policies and store procedures.
• Coach and develop team members on product presentation and quality customer engagement practices to cultivate a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Strengthen the store’s branding and value message through attractive and strategically placed merchandise displays.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1-2 years in retail or customer service roles, with strong knowledge of customer expectations and retail operations.
• Teamwork: Possess a cooperative attitude that encourages effective team collaboration and relationship building.
• Multitasking: Capable of managing several tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting with flexibility to adapt to new situations.
• Communication & Time Management: Excellent skills in conveying information clearly and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old and will undergo a criminal record background check during the hiring process.

Compensation & Location

The position is based at 880 The Parkway Unit 3, CAN Winners Store 0343, Peterborough, Ontario.
Wage range: $19.60 to $24.50 per hour; actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, and market demand.
