Position Overview

As a Retail Store Coordinator, you will lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. This role involves leading by example and driving operational standards while fostering collaboration among associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational excellence in areas such as visual merchandising, customer service delivery, back room activities, and merchandise processing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store operations through clear communication and team coordination.
• Organize, prioritize, and assign tasks while promoting teamwork, and train associates on store service policies and procedures.
• Provide training to associates in merchandise presentation and customer service, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and cooperation.
• Create attractive merchandise displays in prominent store locations that align with the store’s brand and value strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1-2 years of relevant retail or service experience with solid understanding of customer needs and store operations.
• Exhibit a cooperative attitude that encourages effective teamwork and positive interpersonal relationships.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities in a fast-moving environment, embracing change and new challenges.
• Possess effective communication and time management skills to ensure clarity in information dissemination and task prioritization.
