Retail Assistant Store Manager

Position Summary

The Assistant Store Manager plays an essential role in supporting the management team across all aspects of store operations and team leadership. This role involves driving daily store outcomes, motivating staff, managing inventory, applying effective visual merchandising, and executing sales strategies to improve store profitability and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor store employees to meet sales targets while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with Skechers brand standards by maintaining appealing product displays and store layout.
• Manage inventory by overseeing stock levels, coordinating restocking, and organizing the sales floor.
• Administer store operations including scheduling, opening and closing duties, and support during peak times, which may involve lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Implement sales strategies to increase revenue, set performance expectations, and exceed sales objectives.
• Address operational issues proactively and resolve customer concerns to uphold high satisfaction.

Additional Requirements
