Role Overview

The Retail Store Coordinator role involves leading and inspiring team members to deliver superior customer service and operational excellence in a lively retail setting. This leadership position requires someone comfortable in a dynamic, high-energy environment who leads by example to foster success at the store level.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion operational quality across visual merchandising, customer engagement, and merchandise handling including back room tasks.
• Uphold exceptional customer service and store management standards by communicating updates clearly and aligning team efforts.
• Organize, prioritize, and oversee task execution while encouraging teamwork and coaching associates on store policies and procedures.
• Develop team capabilities in merchandise presentation and customer interaction, cultivating a spirit of continuous improvement and cooperation.
• Strengthen brand presence by designing attractive merchandise displays in prominent store locations.

Desired Qualifications

• Possess 1-2 years of relevant retail or customer service experience, demonstrating an understanding of shopper needs and retail operations.
• Exhibit a collaborative attitude that builds strong team dynamics and relationships.
• Display effective multitasking ability with adaptability to evolving demands in a fast-moving environment.
• Have strong communication skills and proficiency in managing time for clear information dissemination and prioritization.
