Position Overview

We are seeking a Retail Store Coordinator for our Woodstock, Ontario location who will play a key role in inspiring teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence across visual merchandising, customer relations, stockroom management, and merchandise processing.
• Maintain superior customer service and smooth store operations by providing consistent communication and ensuring team members are aligned on objectives.
• Organize, prioritize, and steer daily tasks while fostering teamwork and coaching associates on customer service standards and operational procedures.
• Train and mentor associates in presenting merchandise effectively and delivering high-quality customer service, encouraging a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Boost the store’s brand image by designing attractive merchandise displays in prime store locations.

Qualifications and Skills

• One to two years of relevant experience in retail or customer service with strong knowledge of customer expectations and retail operations.
• A collaborative team player skilled in fostering positive working relationships.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and time management capabilities for efficient task management and information exchange.

Location and Compensation

Work will be based at the CAN Winners Store 0385, located at 455 Norwich Avenue, Woodstock, ON. The hourly wage range is between $19.60 and $24.50, with the final rate depending on experience, skills, and market conditions.
