We are seeking a dedicated Retail Stocking Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Harbor Freight Tools in Camarillo, CA. Compensation and Benefits

The expected pay for this position is approximately $22.00 per hour, with variations based on location, experience, skills, and education. Monthly bonuses are available as part of the compensation package. Our comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and both short-term and long-term disability coverage. Eligible employees may participate in our 401(k) plan with company matching. Paid time off accrual can reach up to 152 hours annually, covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, along with up to 64 hours of paid sick leave as allowed by law.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and exemplify professional customer service standards
• Ensure the store environment remains safe, clean, and well-organized
• Participate in cross-training across store operations including stocking and sales associate duties
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to support their growth
• Assume the role of Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Perform other related tasks as assigned
