We are looking for a dedicated full-time Retail Stocking Supervisor to join our team at Harbor Freight Tools in Covington, LA. Compensation and Benefits

The expected pay rate for this position is $19 per hour, which may vary based on your location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. You will also be eligible for a monthly bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term and long-term disability coverage. Eligible team members can participate in our 401(k) plan with company matching. We provide paid time off accrual up to 152 hours annually, covering PTO, paid holidays, and floating holidays, plus up to 64 hours of paid sick time per year unless regulated otherwise by law.

Work Schedule

Work hours are respectfully scheduled within store operating times, from 6am to 10pm.

Primary Responsibilities

• Exhibit and enforce professional customer service standards
• Keep the store safe, clean, and well-organized
• Gain cross-functional expertise by training in various store operations, including stocking and sales roles
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members
• Act as the Leader on Duty as assigned
• Carry out other duties as needed
