Compensation and Benefits

The expected hourly wage for this position starts at $21.50, though final pay will be determined based on location, skills, knowledge, education, and experience. You will also be eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Our benefits package is comprehensive, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage. Additionally, employees accrue up to 152 hours of paid time off annually, covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, plus up to 64 hours of paid sick leave per year, subject to applicable laws.

Working Hours

The store operates between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, with schedules designed to be respectful of employees' time.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently model and ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
• Cross-train in various store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties
• Lead, mentor, and develop the store team
• Serve as the Leader on Duty according to schedule
