Retail Sales Supervisor

Compensation and Benefits

The expected hourly wage is approximately $21, varying based on location, skills, education, and experience. The role also qualifies for a monthly performance bonus. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and both short- and long-term disability coverage. Eligible employees may participate in the company’s 401(k) plan with company matching. Paid time off includes accrual of up to 152 hours annually (covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays) and up to 64 hours of paid sick leave per year, subject to regulations.

Work Schedule

Respectful scheduling within store hours from 6 am to 10 pm is provided, including closures on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and exemplify professional customer service standards
• Ensure the store remains safe, clean, and well-organized
• Cross-train extensively across all store operation areas including stocking and sales associate duties
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members
• Assume Leader on Duty responsibilities when scheduled
• Complete additional assigned tasks as needed
