Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $29.50 to $32.45, dependent on location, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, the position qualifies for a monthly bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package extends to associates and their families, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage. Eligible employees can participate in the company 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Paid time off accruals reach up to 152 hours annually, encompassing PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick leave up to 64 hours annually is provided unless superseded by law. Working hours are scheduled respectfully within operating times of 6am to 10pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Exemplify and uphold professional customer service standards
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean store environment
• Participate in cross-training covering all store operations including stocking and sales associate functions
• Lead, coach, and nurture team members
• Act as Leader on Duty as assigned
• Serve as a subject matter expert and embody behaviors supporting a “Great Place to Work” culture
• Ensure products are sufficiently stocked and accurately priced
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
