Role Overview

The Retail Stocker plays a critical role in ensuring seamless retail operations by managing stockroom and storefront activities efficiently. Key responsibilities include replenishing merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting guest services to uphold the brand's service and presentation standards. The role demands product knowledge, operational efficiency, and a focus on enabling an outstanding retail experience for customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, cut, and sort products to maximize availability and sales.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, box cutters, dollies, and cleaning tools following company protocols.
• Manage computerized inventory with tools like barcode scanners and pricing devices.
• Support cashiers with pricing inquiries and product replenishment.
• Arrange and maintain merchandise displays with managerial approval and restock shelves.
• Continuously improve and share product knowledge among team members.
• Contribute to promotional activities and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe retail environment, including spill management and housekeeping duties.
• Assist with frontline department phone inquiries.
• Track stock through pallets and cases, supporting ordering processes.
• Ensure all displayed products comply with brand labeling and presentation standards.
• Participate in periodic inventory counts annually and quarterly.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support retail operations.
• Physically capable to work in various weather conditions and handle lifting and ladder climbing duties.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed higher secondary education or equivalent.
• Moderate communication skills, including basic cash handling capabilities.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Experience in retail, warehousing, merchandising, or cash handling is preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
