Retail Services Specialist

Overview

Seeking a skilled Hospitality & Retail Services Specialist located in Jeddah, focused on retail leasing, commercial property management, tenant engagement, and retail operations. This role requires a professional with comprehensive experience in managing tenant relations and enhancing retail spaces to ensure optimal service delivery and business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all retail leasing activities and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
• Identify and support the onboarding of suitable tenants to achieve a balanced retail tenant mix.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage lease agreements effectively.
• Handle tenant onboarding processes, lease renewals, compliance matters, and clearance requirements.
• Perform market benchmarking and assist with financial assessments related to leasing.
• Coordinate development projects including fit-outs and new store launches within retail properties.
• Monitor ongoing retail operations ensuring excellent customer experience and adherence to service standards.
• Liaise with retailers, contractors, and internal teams to streamline retail management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
• Have 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in retail management, commercial leasing, or hospitality services.
• Demonstrate expertise in lease negotiations and managing tenant relationships.
• Preferably have experience in retail development and project coordination.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is essential.
