Role Overview

• Ensure the proactive protection of staff, assets, and property within assigned retail locations.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for employees and customers during critical security duties.
• React appropriately and calmly to emergency incidents following documented escalation protocols.
• Document and report any incidents accurately and promptly.
• Use CCTV and other surveillance systems to monitor multiple sites efficiently, requiring multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Receive comprehensive training to support security responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience working as a retail security officer.
• Valid Private Security Authority (PSA) license.
• Fluency in English, ensuring clear communication skills.
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to maintain a consistent work schedule.
• Professional and well-groomed appearance suited to the role.

Compensation and Schedule

The position is permanent based in Cork City Centre, offering a hourly wage of €16.41. Various shifts are available Monday through Sunday.
