Opportunity Overview

We are on the lookout for professional, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Security Officers to strengthen our team at various retail locations. Positions are available in full-time, part-time, and casual capacities across multiple sites in the Southeast region and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary security services combined with excellent customer care.
• Guard, monitor, and patrol assigned premises to ensure safety and avert loss or damage.
• Manage access control to facilitate entry for authorized individuals only.
• Act swiftly and efficiently during emergencies, incidents, or alarm events.
• Recognize and mitigate potential security threats or hazards.
• Conduct regular patrols and surveillance using monitoring systems such as CCTV.
• Record incidents accurately and maintain comprehensive reports and logs.
• Coordinate with management, staff, and emergency personnel as necessary.
• Support adherence to company policies, protocols, and safety standards.
• Assist customers and colleagues while preserving a secure environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a current Security License is mandatory.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Demonstrated experience within the security industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Work Hours and Shifts

• Full-time roles involve 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Part-time opportunities are available.
• Casual positions also exist for varying availability.
