Retail Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Retail Sales Executive for MINISO located in Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar, Delhi-NCR. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, managing sales and operations at the store level, and supporting visual merchandising and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and deliver exceptional service throughout their visit.
• Respond to customer questions and help them select appropriate products.
• Meet sales targets by engaging in direct sales and upselling techniques.
• Handle billing processes, cash transactions, and operate POS equipment accurately.
• Maintain attractive store displays and assist with the visual presentation of merchandise.
• Keep the sales counter clean and organized for optimal customer experience.
• Develop lasting customer relationships to promote repeat visits and loyalty.

Required Skills and Experience

• Effective communication skills paired with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Proven ability to engage customers and persuade them effectively.
• Basic familiarity with billing systems and retail operational procedures.
• At least six months of prior experience in retail sales preferred, though freshers are welcome to apply.
