Role Overview

We are seeking Retail Sales Associates to join our teams at various stores in Singapore including Duxton, ION Orchard, Marina Bay Sands, and Resorts World Sentosa. Candidates are welcome to specify their preferred store location during application, with detailed discussions to follow during the interview stage. As a Sales Associate, your main focus will be to provide outstanding customer service, guide customers in product selection, assist with sales transactions, and support store operations to enhance the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly, identify their needs, and offer tailored product advice to ensure a superior shopping experience
• Accurately handle sales transactions, assist with merchandise retrieval, and uphold visual merchandising standards
• Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked store environment while supporting administrative duties and shipment processing
• Assist with inventory activities including receiving goods, restocking, and conducting stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Achieve sales objectives, promptly address customer concerns, and contribute to other store tasks as required

Candidate Profile

• Educational background equivalent to a high school diploma; prior retail experience is advantageous though on-the-job training will be provided
• Strong communication skills featuring excellent verbal ability and active listening with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems to facilitate smooth store operations
• Fluency in Mandarin along with proficient spoken and written English to effectively engage customers
• A keen interest in fashion and lifestyle brands, energetic with a readiness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
