Job Overview
Join our vibrant retail team located at Frankfurt Airport, where every day presents new challenges and interactions with an international clientele. This role involves providing expert advice on a variety of electronics and travel essentials, catering to travelers from across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and guide international customers in selecting electronic gadgets and travel accessories that suit their needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a pleasant and personalized shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively promoting products, helping meet and exceed store sales targets.
- Maintain store appearance by organizing displays and ensuring product availability.
- Manage checkout processes and support customers throughout their purchases.
Work Conditions and Benefits
- Full-time employment in an airport retail environment.
- Work schedule includes flexible shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, covering weekends and public holidays.
- Competitive pay inclusive of additional allowances for Sundays and public holidays.

Candidate Profile
- Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Proficient communication skills in both German and English.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, customer service, or related customer-focused roles.
- A genuine interest in electronics, technology, and gadgets.
- Must have been registered in Germany for a minimum of five years, necessary for airport security clearance.
