Role Overview

The Retail Sales Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the store team and customers, focusing on superior service delivery and contributing to store performance goals. This position reports directly to the Store Manager.

Primary Duties

• Provide excellent customer service and knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Contribute actively towards meeting sales objectives and key performance indicators for the store.
• Ensure the store environment is tidy, safe, and appealing.
• Support inventory management through stock control and merchandising.
