Position Overview

We are seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to join our team in Edmonton who will play a key role in inspiring the team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences within a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer engagement, back-room logistics, and merchandise processing.
• Uphold high-quality customer service and store operations by maintaining clear communication and team alignment.
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks effectively, fostering teamwork while training staff on service protocols.
• Coach associates in merchandise presentation techniques and customer service best practices, nurturing continuous improvement.
• Support the store's branding and value strategies by crafting attractive and strategically placed merchandise displays.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Possess 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in retail or service environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and store operations.
