Role Overview

Support in-store merchandising activities to enhance product visibility and maximize sales potential. This position involves creating displays, replenishing shelves, overseeing stock levels, and aiding in store operational tasks to fulfill customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product displays and end cap presentations.
• Rotate merchandise to maintain freshness and appeal.
• Monitor inventory and assist in store layout resets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Dutifully engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Physically capable of handling and lifting items weighing as much as 50 pounds.
• Have dependable transportation to job sites.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication.
• Demonstrate self-drive, attention to safety, and flexibility to work independently or collaboratively.
