This position involves supporting in-store merchandising efforts by constructing displays and end caps, replenishing and rotating shelf-stock, and monitoring inventory levels to boost sales potential for stores and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and effective product displays and end caps within retail stores.
• Reset shelves while ensuring products are rotated properly to maintain freshness and presentation standards.
• Track inventory accurately to optimize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers.

Candidate Profile

• Comfortable engaging with customers and management with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Capable of performing physical tasks involving standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving items.
• Possesses reliable transportation for commuting to the work location.
• Exhibits excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities with clients, shoppers, and team members.
• Self-driven and motivated with a strong focus on taking initiative and delivering results.
• Can work independently yet demonstrate effective team collaboration skills.
• Consistently prioritizes safety when completing tasks in a retail setting.
