Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Retail Store Coordinator to join our team at the Marshalls location in Hamilton, Ontario. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment, enjoys leading teams by example, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to achieve operational excellence including visual merchandising, customer service, backroom management, and merchandise processing.
• Ensure high standards in store operations and customer service by providing timely updates and aligning team efforts.
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks, fostering teamwork and coaching Associates on service protocols and procedures.
• Develop Associates’ skills in both merchandise presentation and customer engagement, promoting continuous improvement.
• Create attractive merchandise displays that enhance the store’s brand presence and value proposition.

Who You Are

• Bringing 1 to 2 years of relevant retail or service industry experience with an understanding of customer expectations and retail operations.
• Possessing a collaborative mindset to support positive team dynamics and relationships.
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-moving setting while adapting to changes.
• Effective communicator with strong time management abilities to clearly convey information and set priorities.
