Overview

Join PD Design & Retail Consultancy's rapidly expanding Retail Design & Delivery team as we undertake numerous prestigious shopping mall projects across Saudi Arabia. We seek seasoned Retail Delivery experts with strong backgrounds in shopping malls, tenant coordination, retail fit-outs, and landlord-side delivery. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia and hold an active Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.

Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants possess expertise in one or several sectors including shopping malls, retail and F&B fit-outs, mixed-use zones, hospitality and lifestyle projects, entertainment venues, airport retail, or luxury retail developments.

Experience working with developers, landlords, consultants or contractors engaged in significant retail developments is favored.

Technical Skills

• Tenant coordination and retail delivery expertise
• Understanding landlord design criteria and ensuring compliance
• Collaborating with architectural and MEP disciplines
• Review and consolidation of technical design comments
• Shop drawing and material submission review
• Site inspection and quality assurance monitoring
• Programme, milestone and risk management
• Conducting testing, commissioning and handovers
• Readiness for retail store openings
• Progress reporting and KPI monitoring

Software Proficiency (Desirable)

Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and Power BI or related project management and document control platforms is an advantage.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Interior Design or related fields is mandatory.

Additional Qualifications

• Registration with Saudi Council of Engineers (preferred where relevant)
• Experience in KSA or wider GCC region is highly desirable
• Transferable Iqama status considered an advantage
• Immediate or short notice availability preferred
