Role Overview

We are seeking a Retail Store Coordinator at our Marshalls store in Windsor, Ontario. This role involves leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, challenging retail setting. Ideal candidates will thrive by setting examples through leadership and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence across visual merchandising, customer service, back room management, and merchandise processing.
• Uphold superior customer service and efficient store operations by providing team updates and fostering alignment.
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks, promote teamwork, and conduct training on service protocols and store policies.
• Mentor associates in product presentation and customer interaction to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
• Boost brand presence through attractive merchandise displays in strategic zones of the store.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service roles with solid understanding of customer needs and operational workflows.
• Exemplify a team-oriented spirit that cultivates collaboration and positive workplace relationships.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-moving environment and handle new challenges adeptly.
• Demonstrate strong communication and time management skills for clear task execution and coordination.

Work Location & Compensation

Position available at CAN Marshalls Store 0743, 655 Sydney Ave., Windsor, ON.

Hourly pay is estimated between $19.60 and $24.50, with the final salary influenced by skills, experience, and local market conditions.
