• Develop and share effective sales techniques with your sales team

Candidate Profile

• Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail or hospitality environments
• Proven ability to foster teamwork and coach staff for performance improvement
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Ability to meet and drive sales KPIs
• Availability full-time to support a retail workweek schedule
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting
• Excellent people management and performance management skills
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for both retail and fashion
